My name is Josie. Please forgive my “scary” looks, but I am not sure how I ended up in the precarious situation. I am very sweet and a very good kitty, but for some reason I found myself on the streets after my owner packed up the car and drove off. I waited for days and days for them to come back, but my stomach started hurting and I went in search of something to eat.
I approached some young kids playing and they offered me some food (I was so relieved), but then all I remember is something extremely hot and painful (ouch) happening to my nose. Thankfully, they ran off when some people yelled at them. These nice people started feeding me on a daily basis. My nose kept getting worse and worse though, so I was taken to a place with lots, and lots of cats. I am being treated with so much love, all the food I want (some yucky stuff on my nose), but I am so grateful to be off those streets. I hope my owner will come back for me, or maybe, if someone can look past my disfigured looks, they will let me come home with them and just hang out. I am a lot of fun and easy to get along with.
