Fat Kitty City is so blessed to have folks that are giving of their time and money to support us. Our virtual food drive was extremely successful and we collected over 1800+ pounds of food! This is so great because we will be able to continue to feed both canned and dry food twice daily. Especially in the winter time we want to make sure the cats stay well nourished to continue to stay healthy during these cold months. The kitties are so appreciative too of the yummy food, just watch them gobble down the food during the feeding times, such joy!
We will be having a local food drive with food bins throughout the area in April. If you know of a store that would be willing to let us put a food collection bin on display, please let me know. Of course, we would love any assistance collecting food from clubs or individuals.
